This article contains the results of studies actoprotective activity of 4-((R-iden)amino)-5-(thiophene-2-ylmethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols by forced swimming. Among the investigated compounds found three substances that exceed standard comparison «riboksyn». Introduction 3,4-difluoro-benzylidene radical in the molecule of 4-amino-5-(thiophene-2-ylmethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol leads to a significant increase actoprotective action.
