For the study of quantitative determination of diclofenac sodium, sample preparation of biological objects has been performed. Linear dependence of diclofenac sodium peak area and substance concentration in the solution (5-25 mg/ml) has been proved. The method of solid phase extraction (SPE) has been selected as the extraction method. The analysis has showen that concentration of diclofenac sodium in the samples was in the range of 2-4 mg/ml. A method for quantitative determination of diclofenac sodium in rat plasma samples by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with regard to analysis characteristics of active substance micro-concentrations has been developed.
