The results of preclinical studies of choleretic activity of the drug "Altsinara", tablets for oral administration of PJSC SIC "Borshchivskiy CPP".
The studies found that the impact on the various indicators in the studied doses Altsenara was diverse. Thus, in evaluating the cholagogic activity more effective dose was 100 mg/kg than 50 mg/kg. However, the effect on cholesterol, cholate-cholesterol ratio, reflecting the lithogenic properties of bile, dose of 50 mg/kg dose was significantly greater than 100 mg/kg and the reference drug "Allohol". According the results of the research by probit-analysis the ED50 of Altsinara for choleretic activity was calculated – 72,4 ± 11,0 mg/kg on the amount of active ingredients.
Thus, the results of the research indicate that the presence of choleretic properties of the test agent, especially true choleretic, is an important positive feature for perspective drugs of lipid-lowering action.
