JNK kinase is a group of stress-activated kinases that are involved in apoptosis, growth, development and differentiation of cells. JNK kinase activation is observed in the development of inflammatory processes, neurodegenerative disorders, insulin resistance, diabetes, cancer. Therefore, the search for new inhibitors of kinases JNK is an important and urgent problem. In this article novel syntheticinhibitors and inhibitors of plant origin were explored. Currently, it is proven activity against JNK compounds such as SR-1347, SP600125, AS601245 and CC-930. Among the plant substances such activity has been shown to curcumin, resveratrol, green tea catechins and epigallocatechin-3-galat.
